We are looking for an experienced PMO to support banking business initiatives across Treasury and Payment domains including FX, Money Market, Derivatives, Bonds, GIRO, FAST, MEPS+, and Cross-border payments (XB).

***Key Responsibilities**:

- Support project governance, reporting, and control for Treasury and Payment system programs
- Track and manage project schedules, deliverables, risks, and issues across multiple workstreams
- Facilitate stakeholder coordination between business, operations, and IT teams
- Prepare high-quality project documentation (e.g., minutes, dashboards, plans, RAID logs)
- Monitor budget utilization and support financial forecasting and tracking
- Ensure compliance with bank’s PMO framework, policies, and audit requirements
- Assist Project Managers in change request processes, resource planning, and UAT coordination

**Key Requirements**:

- 5+ years of PMO/project support experience in a **banking environment**:

- Strong domain knowledge of **FX/MM/Derivatives/Bonds** and **Payments (GIRO, FAST, MEPS+, XB)**:

- Proven track record in managing large-scale banking programs or regulatory initiatives
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and project tools like JIRA or Clarity
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
