We are seeking an experienced banking operations expert to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing complex financial systems, with a focus on FX, MM, Derivatives, Bonds, GIRO, and FAST functionalities. They will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, assess technical viability, and design solutions as a system analyst.

This is a challenging role that requires effective communication, collaboration, and project management skills. The successful candidate will be able to articulate business needs and proposed system changes to all stakeholders, develop comprehensive diagrams and documentation, and manage responsibilities including time, communication, task execution, and risk mitigation.

In terms of qualifications, the ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, minimum 5 years' experience in business analysis, and practical knowledge of at least one of the following domains: Foreign Exchange (FX), Money Market (MM), Derivatives, Bonds, FAST or GIRO payments and Cross-border (XB) or MEPS payments.

They will also have at least 5 years of experience as a system analyst, involving solution design, specifications, and technical evaluations, proficiency in developing business process flowcharts and system architecture diagrams, and strong communication and teamwork abilities.
