Job Summary

We are transitioning from our industry standard, human operated, hydraulic underwater Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) towards a highly autonomous ROV supervised from one of our remote operating centers.

About the role

The robotics software engineer will work in a team of experienced development engineers on the ROV control system, working closely together with oversees R&D centers, internal production teams and global operational teams.

Development of Control system includes:
- Machine Learning products using machine vision.- Situational Awareness to enable autonomous tasks subsea.- User interface design.- Software development using ROS2 and C/C++/C#- Gazebo robot simulation- Agile/Scrum, TDD and CI
