
HR Admin Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Process recruitment (eg. Job Posting, Screening and Arrange interview);
- Liaise with employment agent on recruitment of foreign workers;
- Orientation for on-boarding and off-boarding of employees;
- Prepare employment/confirmation/termination/warning and other HR related letters;
- Handle work pass related matters (eg. Application, Renewal, Issuance, and Cancellation of work passes);
- Purchase and renewal of company insurance (eg. Security Bond, FWM, WICA, CAR, Professional Indemnity, Public Liability and Main Contractor Bond);
- Liaise with dormitory management on contract renewal, and arrange accommodation for new foreign workers;
- Arrange statutory training for staffs/workers (eg. CSOC/BCSS/WAH/Coretrade);
- Prepare advance loan form and letter of guarantee for staff/workers;
- Renewal of OHSAS, BizSafe and ISO certificate;
- Update and maintain staff personal records, and all leaves related matters;
- Process monthly payroll, and handle payroll enquiries from staff and workers;
- Process of workers' overtime cards;
- E-submission of CPF/IR21/IR8A and Appendix 8A;
- Handle government surveys;
- Organize and coordinate various corporate events;
- Perform and coordinate with external IT vendor for simple troubleshooting;
- Assist in Pre-qualification of tender;
- Other adhoc duties as assigned.
**Job Requirements**
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Min. 5 years of relevant experience in construction industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT troubleshooting
- Well-Versed with Employment Act and statutory requirements
- Knowledge in Infotech software is an added advantage
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- 5 day work week
