Job Description & Requirements1. Assist on daily administrative activities, provide administrative support to the department2. Undertake office admin duties such as handle administrative paperwork, filing of documents3. Assist purchaser on the purchasing process4. Order/Dispatch of Uniforms and name tags for outlet staffs5. Update and maintain shop tenancy agreement and SFA license6. Respond to employee enquires7. Assist in permit apply/renewal/cancellation (WP/SP/EP)8. Assist in the on boarding/off boarding procedures9. Assist in hiring procedures10. Other ad-hoc duties when assigned

Requirements:

1. No working experience/ fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

3. Positive working attitude, strong team player, and willing to learn

4. Able to handle multi-task

5. Knowledge and experience in HR/ Admin/ Purchasing will be an added advantage
