We are seeking a detail-oriented and well-organised Quantity Surveyor cum Admin to join our growing interior renovation team.

If you have a passion for design, cost management, and smooth project execution, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage project cost estimates and quotations.
  • Track project progress and assist with budget control.
  • Handle administrative duties such as variation orders, progress claims, document filing, correspondence etc.
  • Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and clients.
  • Coordinate with our project team to understand project requirements and goals.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Project Director.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Building/ Business Admin or a related field.
  • Experience in quantity surveying or cost estimation, preferably in interior renovation.
  • Good administrative and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Singaporean/ PR only.
