- Analyze different signage options and materials to identify the most cost-effective solutions.Develop cost models and templates for standardized signage projects.
- **Tendering and Procurement**:Assist in the preparation of tender documents for signage projects.
- Evaluate bids from contractors and suppliers to select the most suitable and cost-effective options.Negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors.
- **Contract Administration**:Manage and administer contracts with suppliers and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and resolve any disputes.Prepare variation orders and claims as needed.
- **Cost Control**:Monitor and track project costs throughout the construction phase.
- Identify potential cost overruns or savings and implement measures to address them.Prepare progress payments and final accounts.
- **Post-Contract Valuation**:Prepare final accounts for the signage project, including cost reconciliation and payment certification.
- Assist in the resolution of any post-contract cost disputes.
