**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategic territory selling plans for the South East Asia (SEA) region
- Plan, manage, and achieve sales and growth targets for the SEA region
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and independent booksellers throughout the SEA region
- Identify areas of growth and new sales opportunities through independent research
- Develop a strong market adoption and customer acceptance of our new business unit
- Drive and increase visibility and brand reputation of our products and solutions within the SEA region
- Lead, grow, and motivate a regional sales team
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of sales experience in publishing At least 2 years of experience managing a high-performance sales team Proven sales track record Excellent customer relationship management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent follow-through skills Flexible and adaptable to change Available to travel regionally for 25% of the time
