**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Co-develop SCF and RF product (“Product”) strategy based on market insights, existing gaps, and exploring opportunities along with Corporate Coverage.
- Develop bespoke transaction structures which fulfils client needs and address clients’ pain points with appropriate risk mitigation solutions for internal stakeholders and investors.
- Provide market feedback to Trade Product team to develop or enhance product and system.
- Lead the deal team to ensure timely achievement of execution timeline and escalate gaps to deal team.
- Conduct corporate and transactional due diligence with the relevant teams.
- Support Corporate Coverage on all product related aspects of prospecting and client pitch.
- Lead all aspects of deal execution, including partnering closely with Risk, Legal, DS&I to ensure timely and seamless execution of a deal mandate.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree educated along with 6+ years of experience in Transaction Banking, Corporate & Institutional Banking, or Corporate Credit Analyst
- Knowledge of SCF and RF products and related risks, including but not limited to credit risk, fraud risk, FCC risk, legal risks and etc.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and multi-tasking abilities
- Good team-player, but also able to work independently and make logical decisions
- Experience in cross-functional project management
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (e.g., excel, word, PowerPoint)
