**The Company**
The company is the Real Estate Asset Management arm of a noted financial institution and which has recently established a new Value-add Global Fund. To support this, and outstanding ‘dry powder’ for investment, there is a need to bolster the team in Asia. In Singapore, it wishes to appoint an Associate Director to drive origination and execution for SE Asia whilst supporting broader APAC investments.
**The Position**
Based in Singapore, and reporting to the regional MD/Head, Investment, the Associate Director will primarily play a key role in originating direct real estate investment deals in Singapore and select SE Asia markets whilst closely collaborating on deals across APAC (China, Japan, Korea). This will include the evaluation and due diligence process through to the successful execution of completed transactions. The successful individual will build a pipeline, cultivate and leverage a network of existing contacts and prepare appropriate investment proposals through to completion of the underwriting and deal transaction process. The appointed individual will monitor and report post-acquisition financial performance.
