The Scaled Operations Technology, Analytics, and Reporting (STAR) Team is a horizontal team that helps empower our business by driving scaled transformations through innovative technology solutions and data-driven insights. By using data and metrics, we are looking for talented individuals to provide an understanding of business performance, surface strategic problems, and generate actionable insights to help teams make better judgments in driving the balanced performance of our human content review operations. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyse data independently to deliver insights about operational performance and proactively drive improvements
- Investigate key problem areas by performing root cause analyses, corroborating quantitative and qualitative findings
- Effectively plan and collaborate with a global team on data driven initiatives to solve complex operational problems
- Collaborate with and support operations and data-focused teams to solve problems, develop solutions, and share insightsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Math, Finance, or other technical disciplines, or relevant experience in a quantitative field
- 3+ years of experience in data, reporting, analytical problem solving
- 3+ years hands on experience with SQL
- 2+ years of experience in project managing data-centric projects
- Communication skills with experience explaining technical concepts to technical and business partners
- Self-starting, intellectually curious, and creative individual comfortable operating with a high degree of ambiguity

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands on experience building Interactive Visualizations such as Tableau, etc.
- Hands on experience in Programming Languages such as Python, R or any other programming languages
- Hands on experience building extract, transform, load (ETL) data pipelines
- Experience and understanding of statistical analysis (experimentation logic and biases, hypothesis testing, probability, prevalence measurement, regressions)
- Ability to make impactful presentations
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across functions and time zones
- Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced operational environment
