**About the Role**

The Ecommerce Marketing Specialist position is for an exceptional and ambitious person, one who loves the beauty industry as much as ecommerce. You are self-motivated, hungry for all things digital and passionate about creating the next best campaigns and product pages that will be viewed by people from all over the world. You will work directly with our Associate Ecommerce Marketing Manager to develop and implement the ecommerce store for Coco & Eve.

In this position you will be assisting in executing a seamless onsite experience, while collaborating with our experts in the Product, UI / UX and Design teams at Supernova. You will also get the chance to support in all launches of our online marketing campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support Associate Ecommerce Marketing Manager in the management of current and new product pages
- Assist in the launch of promotional campaigns on our ecommerce store.
- Assist in launch of new products and maintenance of product and site pages
- Working with our designers to collate marketing collateral to be used on site.
- Understand and brief our product and UI / UX teams on tasks for our ecommerce site.
- Support in the testing of new page features.
- Conduct daily + weekly merchandising audits, helping to report and resolve bugs and optimize onsite experience with assistance from Product and Growth teams

**Requirements**:

- 1 year of working experience; prior ecommerce experience essential
- A can-do attitude and a love to problem-solve
- Strong motivation to achieve results and hit targets
- Experience with reporting updates, results and analysis is a strong plus
- Strong copywriting skills essential
- Ability to think outside the box, creative and passionate for trying new things
- Proven track record in executing innovative and effective marketing campaigns to drive sale
- Ability to work in a team, but is also a self-starter focused on individual goals
- Ability to work effectively and autonomously
- Strong commitment to planning and organising
- A strong understanding of, or interest in, the ecommerce and social media landscape
- Genuine interest in the beauty industry, with previous experience an advantage
