**The job responsibilities include the following**:

- Monitoring food safety standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Inspecting facilities for contamination or improper sanitation procedure to ensure food safety and standards are met.
- Ensure that stewarding staff perform their tasks according to the service standard set.
- Conduct and prepare monthly inventory for breakages and replenishment and ensure sufficient operating equipment for all outlets.
- Supervises all functions of the Stewarding operation to achieve the optimum quality level of sanitation.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Comprehensive knowledge in hygiene practices and processes.
- Relevant Food Science or Hygiene Related Certificates.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office.
- ACTA certified preferred.
- Confident and meticulous.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Well versed in use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- May be required to work weekends, and/or holidays, depending on business requirements.
