As a **Hygiene & Sanitation Executive **, we rely on you to:

- Take responsibility to uphold the highest level of hygiene and sanitation standards in the hotel
- Ensure all food served to guests and colleagues are safe and free of microbiological, chemical and physical contamination
- Ensure all work areas conform to the minimum requirements of Shangri-La Hygiene and Sanitation standards and also those set by local health authorities
- Conduct food safety training to all relevant staff

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Has a passion for food safety and hygiene
- Has experience in handling food and hygiene standards in either a restaurant or a hotel environment
- Has relevant certifications in hygiene and food safety controls or equivalent qualification
- Is detail-minded, creative and has the ability to drive and lead change
- Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new food safety trends
- Has experience in conducting training and audit checks
- Has strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Is able to work independently
