**Key Responsibilities** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and implement quality standards and procedures for cargo operations or specific project tasks to ensure work efficiency and compliance with industry regulations and laws.
- Conduct audits and quality control checks to ensure compliance.
- Identify and address potential risks and make recommendations or solutions for processes and procedures improvements.
- Identify new technology or solutions to document and communicate effectively standards and procedures.
- Understand and analyse customer needs and preferences.
- Obtain continuous feedback and insights from internal and external stakeholders to improve products/services.
- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies.
- Undertake projects and assignments as part of business growth and customer support strategy.

**Key Requirements** KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in finance or business with analytical, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Has an interest in the air cargo and logistics industries.
- Positive mindset and ability to work independently and under tight timelines.
