Key Account Manager

You will be joining a Singapore-based F&B Technology solutions provider with a strong mission to enable each restaurants to connect with their best customers. With over 7 years of presence in Asia, the company have over 150 employees across 4 countries who are passionate in supporting the F&B sectors with result-oriented solutions.
Due to expansion in their Sales team, they are now looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to be part of this high-growth journey and make a meaningful impact to the F&B scene.
Key Responsibilities
Establish close relationships with key merchants to gain an insightful understanding of their business, identify their unique qualities and challenges to develop growth strategies through various instruments
Engage with key merchants periodically to analyze and gain insights of their performance, identify gaps or opportunities, optimize their products to grow their sales
Market and cross-sell company's new products/services of our new business vertical, as well as improve new product adoption
Protect revenue lost by reducing churn, and grow new revenue by getting key merchants onboard with our marketing campaigns and/or other company-wide initiatives
Assist key merchants in day-to-day operational queries
Periodically review engagement strategies, keep abreast of internal product offerings and knowledge as well as those of competitors
Key Requirements
Possess 2 - 5 years of Sales / Key Account Management / Client Management experiences across Software, SaaS, F&B Technology, Internet, and/or E-Commerce sectors.
A Degree holder in business or related
Experience in a marketing agency as an Account Manager will be an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building and maintaining relationships is your forte
Sound analytical thinking, a sound ability to decipher data and make data-driven decisions
A self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced and highly agile environment
An entrepreneurial spirit who is self-started, resourceful, able to drive actions and inspire people around you
Base Salary from $4,500 - $5,500, excluding quarterly incentives.
