**Business Development Manager/Senior Manager/Associate Director, IoT**:
**Brief Description**:
Drive IoT connection growth across participating partner network across Telco and Vendor service providers and lead commercial development in key verticals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive IoT sales by engaging with partner sales teams and end customers for Global Inbound and APAC IoT opportunities.
- Provide commercial support for IoT RFQs to maximize success.
- Support the IoT Head in defining and executing a clear IoT strategy for APAC.
- Increase awareness IoT value proposition with end customers in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Develop a deep understanding of IoT partner products and services, aligning them with partner market verticals.
- Identify and build strong partnerships with influencing partners in the emerging IoT marketplace.
- Collaborate with IoT partners for joint GTM engagements.
- Build and evolve an IoT Partner program for end-to-end solutions, enhancing speed to market and driving cost savings.
**Key Requirements**:
- Strong understanding of M2M/IoT commercial and Go-To-Market activities.
- Proficient in Connected Device Platform (CDP).
- Familiarity with technical aspects of Mobile (Virtual) Operator Network and hands-on experience with M2M/IoT solution stack.
- Proven track record in complex solution sales to Operators or Enterprises.
**Relevant Work Experience**:
- 7+ years in Telecommunication or adjacent industries, with at least 5 years in M2M/IoT.
- Minimum 5 years of Partner or Sales Management experience.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding business revenue targets.
**Soft Skills**:
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in working in Asia is a strong plus.
- Existing relationships in the industry, particularly with large MNCs, would be valuable.
- Proven conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in an international and multi-cultural environment.
