**Position: Accounts Executive, Singapore
**Role Description**
- Perform accounts payable functions for day-to-day operations and reporting needs.
- Able to classify the expenses into the correct accounting code base on the nature of the expenses and input clear and meaningful description into the system.
- Ensure all invoices are supported by the relevant approved documents required according to the AP’s SOP.
- Reconcile suppliers’ statement of account against book balances and liaise with suppliers for any discrepancy.
- Prepare & process Purchase Order (PO).
- Assist in month end closing report for subsidiary companies.
- Perform monthly intercompany reconciliation.
- Undertaking ad-hoc assignment assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent.
- 2-4 years relevant working experience.
- Well organized and meticulous with good follow up skills.
- Team player and ability to collaborate and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS excel.
- Committed with positive work attitude.
- Able to work independently.
