As part of our exciting strategic expansion, we are looking for experienced Retail Supervisors to be part of the retail team. You will be responsible for the sales and operations of our brand-new travel retail flagship in Singapore Flyer and assist store management in the day-to-day management. You will also be an integral part in supporting ODF’s strategic expansion and initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for being the ambassador of the flagship store and develop the business
- Manage day-to-day sales and operations of the store
- Ensure operational procedures according to guidelines and optimise store operational efficiency
- Provide excellent and bespoke customer services
- Handle and resolve customers’ enquiries and complaints expeditiously
- Achieve individual sales target and sales incentives
- Lead the team and assist the manager in day-to-day operations and management
- Support Marketing Team in their marketing campaigns
- Manage inventories in a pro-active way and keep a healthy stock level

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience of 4 or more years in a travel retail or luxury retail environment
- Experience in handling multiple product categories
- Goal oriented and meticulous
- Proficient in English to liaise with international customers & business communication needs
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills, with ability to lead a lean but fast-growing team
