**Responsibilities**:

- Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Handle Urgent payment and monthly payments to suppliers and employees
- Process accounts payable invoices, including verifying accuracy, obtaining necessary approvals, and entering data into the accounting system.
- Perform staff claim calculation
- Monitor accounts receivable balances, follow up on outstanding payments, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors/customers to resolve any payment or invoicing issues.
- Prepare vendor payment and statement of Accounts
- Updating of cash book
- To reconcile monthly intercompany balances and transactions
- Maintain proper document filing and documentation
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor or management

**Requirements**:

- Relevant working experience will be advantage
- Self Motivated
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Possess good working attitude and interpersonal skills
