**Job Category**:Information Technology**Job Type**:Permanent**Job Location**:SingaporeWe are representing our client, a large IT solution provider, to look for an experienced Systems Consultant to complement the exiting team. The role is primarily IT infrastructure project implementation and also provide escalation operation support. The incumbent shall supervise the IT infrastructure team and manage all service delivery related processes. Serves as the service delivery owner and to ensure that the operation of IT infrastructure service delivery team meets defined KPIs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage service delivery to customer(s) in order to deliver contracted Service commitments & continual service improvements
- Assess and scope service readiness work with the relevant stakeholders including vendors
- Own Service risks, controls Service costs & improve productivity of in order to increase profitability & continually improve cost effectiveness
- Monitor SLA and ensuring that client obligations are met, issues escalated and prioritized
- Develop a team of technical Service staff directly and/or indirectly in provide direction
- Ensure the team achieve their objectives & to constantly improve quality & interworking
- Assist and work closely with resource managers on resource demand forecasting to ensure client can plan and effectively deliver end-to-end services and identify, implement and drive service improvements to increase customers satisfaction
- Act as the link between the management team to the customer’s businesses via the Account management team
- Responsible for the resolution of client’s Business action items developed from any of the client feedback forums
- Work closely with client management teams to interpret and plan projects and workload forecasts on an on-going basis - on a regular basis, provides customers with agreed reporting and trend analysis statistics to pro-actively support and improve the customer’s business
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- Minimum five (5) years related job experience in an IT support or management role.
- Interpersonal skills to build credible relationships quickly
- Ability to work as an effective team member and collaboratively with other team members, including sales and presales team
