**Information Technology**
IT systems form the backbone of our operations. We are looking for individuals with passion and IT expertise, to help us improve the delivery of our systems and services. The Board’s IT systems support a high daily volume of financial transactions for CPF members. In addition to keeping the lights on, the Board also keeps pace with the external environment through innovation in its IT systems.

**What you will be working on**
- Collaborate with the other members of the Product Development Lab to map out the tech stack, development tools, infrastructure, and processes that will enable us to quickly deliver software in the CPF Board context
- Set up a DevSecOps pipeline that is highly automated, easy to use, and meets the necessary compliance requirements
- Provide prompt DevOps operational support when required
- Planning for enhancements to keep the DevSecOps solution relevant and accommodate the changing needs of developers
- Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure
- Continually research and find ways to automate and improve development and release processes
- Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
- Performing root cause analysis to identify technical problems, then investigating and resolving them.
- Actively engaging the software engineers and developers on the team to suss out issues and areas for improvement
- Stay abreast of trends and continually learn about new frameworks, technologies and programming languages.

**What we are looking for**
- Experience in deploying and managing cloud resources on either AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience specific to Government Commercial Cloud is highly advantageous
- Experience in building DevOps pipelines with a strong vision on what an ideal DevOps pipeline should look like
- Experience in Cloud Native Technologies (e.g. Serverless / Docker / Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of infrastructure security / security testing, identity and access management will be advantageous
- While the experience and knowledge detailed above is desirable, what’s more important is a proven ability to learn and pick up new skills, especially in cloud technologies and programming languages
- Intellectually curious and interested in technology
- Enjoys analytical problem-solving effectively evaluate complex information and make appropriate decisions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage, influence and win buy-in and commitment from key stakeholders and explain technical concepts in an easy-to-digest fashion
- Good time management skills with ability to work independently and as a team-player
- Position will be on 2-year contract Seniority of appointment will be commensurate with relevant work experience.
