The Assistant Supervisor - Warehouse & Logistics is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and logistics operations, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient distribution of goods. This role involves optimizing workflow, maintaining safety standards, and collaborating with internal teams and customers to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

**Warehouse Management**:
1. Receive and verify cargo from suppliers including unstuffing of container using reach truck.

2. Ensure the quality of goods received, stored, and shipped, and implement quality control procedures where necessary.

3. Accurate picking and packing of customer's orders, ensuring completeness and accuracy before dispatch.

4. Maintain accurate records of inventory level, shipments, and warehouse transactions.

5. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.

6. Organized stock for easy access, regularly conducting stock count and updating inventory systems.

7. Implement best practices for space utilization and storage optimization.

**Logistics Management**:
1. Back up as delivery driver as and when required.

2. Oversee the delivery team

3. Track and resolve any delivery or transportation issues promptly.

4. Monitor and optimize delivery routes to improve operational efficiency.

**Process Improvement & Compliance**:
1. Develop and implement SOPs for warehouse and logistics operations.

2. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency.

3. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum O level graduate.

2. Previous experience in warehouse operations.

3. Ability to operate electrical stackers and other wareho use equipment.

4. Class 3 driving license.

5. Proficient in computer skills ie. MS Office, Excel.

6. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (15 to 20kg).

7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

8. Good communication, teamwork and organizational skills.

9. 5.5 days work week.

Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,800.00 per month
