**Requirements**:
TGE's Assistant Centre Supervisor Job Scope:
1. To manage invoices / accounts of the centre

2. To provide support to teachers in teaching & learning activities and perform some general administrative duties. These duties will generally include:

- Perform cataloging and stock-taking of teaching and learning resources
- Prepare certificates for students
- Key in pupils’ data into computer databases
- Update noticeboards and digital signage

3. Exceed the expectations of our parents and guests in person and over the phone by delivering excellent customer service.

4. Communicate and provide information on our After-School Care / Enrichment / Workshop / Camp details to our parents, guests and prospective customers.

5. Teaching & Learning Activities
- Assist in group work activities
- Assist in enrichment classes, Makers' workshops and camps
- Assist in learning journeys

6. Ensure Reception area and office equipment are well-maintained.

7. Manage and maintain all office supplies (stationeries and pantry supplies)

8. Manage the regular maintenance arrangement with respective office facility vendor(s) for:

- Aircon
- Cleaning schedule to ensure office cleanliness at all times
- Liaise with the respective parties/vendors for all facilities issues reported

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

**Salary**: From $1,600.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
