**What You’ll Be Doing**

As a **Café Supervisor**, you'll lead by example, keep service smooth, and help create the welcoming atmosphere Creamier is known for.

**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include**:

- Leading and supervising FOH service across shifts
- Handling guest feedback with professionalism and a smile
- Guiding, training, and motivating service staff with care and accountability
- Supporting daily operations including stock checks, opening/closing routines, and maintaining service standards
- Assisting the Operations and Cafe Manager with briefings, planning, and team scheduling

**Who You Are**

You’re someone who values teamwork, takes pride in service, and understands how to make every guest feel at home. You bring both heart and hustle to the floor.

**We’d love to hear from you if you**:

- Have 2-3 years of F&B experience, including time in a supervisory role
- Lead confidently from the floor and enjoy mentoring others
- Communicate clearly and handle challenges calmly
- Comfortable with using admin work tools such as word and excel
- Can commit to a alternate 5/6-day work week, including weekends and public holidays

Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,900.00 per month
