**Job description**:

- Looking for an exciting and rewarding career?
- Join BUTLER as a Property Management Executive where you will be tasked with managing the day to day operations of properties and estates.
- You will be responsible for keeping the property well maintained in accordance with the standards set out by the company and client, such as property management, project management, general administration, scheduling for maintenance, coordination, minor repairs, and reporting.
- You will be required to travel from location to location to visit various properties assigned to you.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma and above
- Problem solver
- Polite and Detail oriented
- Strong communication skills and good command of English
- Strong sense of responsibility, able to work on tight schedules
