In this role, you will be working in Veson Nautical's Vessels Value division. VesselsValue provides online delivered data and analytical products to the Maritime sector.

The Vessel Values Account Manager is responsible for driving key aspects of engagement and strategic alignment between our accounts and our growing product suite and we are looking for a passionate Account Manager to join our dynamic Client Services team based in Singapore, supporting the growth of our local and APAC market.

Our clients include the world’s leading investors, traders, lenders, shipowners, operators, regulatory bodies and advisors.

**Overview**

To support our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a self-motivated and confident team member with excellent communication skills to join our expanding commercial team for the APAC region.

While working with clients as-needed and through account reviews, you will learn more about their business and identify client business strategies and areas to further leverage Vessel Values offerings and manage opportunities from open to close. You will have the overall objective of ensuring we are offering world-class client service and engagement, guaranteeing that our clients get the best possible experience while partnering with Vessel Values.

**Summary of Key Responsibilities**
- Growing and managing relationships with SME and Corporate, primarily ship owning clients across the regional VV subscription base
- Innovating existing and new data sets to provide new solutions that can be sold to multiple clients
- Working with Management, Development, Marketing and Business Insight teams

**Qualifications**
- Ideally 4 years+ experience of subscription account management sales in Singapore and APAC, dealing with Shipowner, Maritime and affiliated industry spaces, preferably selling B2B SaaS market data or maritime related products
- Highly effective communication skills with the ability to liaise, engage and build relationships with key stakeholders up to senior management/executive level
- Fluent written and verbal English language skills with additional languages welcome
- Willingness to travel as and when required
- Degree level with a maritime related qualification preferred
- Proven consistent sales success in your previous shipping/SaaS sales role(s)
- Able to thoughtfully and diligently execute a sales process and territory plan
- Demonstrated high rapport building and consultative sales skills
- Strong proficiency and sales experience in computer software and tools
- Proven ability to proactively address client concerns and exceed client needs
- A track record of understanding and managing SaaS revenue budgets and targets
- Outstanding consulting, presentation, coaching and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated planning and organizing skills
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting
