EUC engineeer L2 JD.

1. Respond to escalated service requests and incidents from Level 1 support.

2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network services.

4. Document and track incidents and requests using ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution and user communication.

5. Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and address complex problems.

6. Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve systemic issues.

7. Participate in the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles and technical documentation.

8. Assist in onboarding new employees with access requests and system configurations.

9. Stay updated on the latest technology trends and best practices relevant to the support team.

10. Hands-on on AD, Azure AD, M365/Gsuite admin portal and other cloud administration.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $3,700.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
