**Desktop Support Engineer (L1/L2)**

**Work Location**:Singapore

**Working hours **:Monday - Friday
- To perform **installation, de-installation, configuration, technical supports, troubleshooting **and **resolution **to the clients**.**:

- To perform **hardware **and **software **moves.
- To **invoke problem escalation process to next level of support**.

**Requirements**:

- Good to have 1-3 years’ of experience in **IT Support **OR **End user support (EUC) **OR **Desktop Support.**

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $2,300.00 - $3,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
