We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Head of Capital Markets Credit Advisory and Portfolio Management.**
**Principal Responsibilities**
- Provide analytical support to Regional Head and Location Head of Credit Advisory on lending portfolio analysis and credit appetite proposition
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the content and aggregate risks within an assigned portfolio, trends and other Key Risk Indicators
- Work together with Credit Advisory Product & Development Management Team to implement best practices in financial analysis and system solutions on margining of lending products & trading products
- Create business plans for meeting relevant risk management and portfolio quality goals and actively support the attainment of revenue goals as captured in the balanced scorecard objectives
- Review credit limits and monitoring collateral while balancing risk return of the portfolio
- Underwrite and execute derivative structures, performing high quality analysis, due diligence and credit presentations, as required from time to time
- Subject Matter Expert within CRA to identify and quantify counterparty credit risk taken in capital market products. Provide risk assessment and analytical support to the derivatives portfolio. Manage risk exposure within credit appetite
- Support and provide efficient credit solutions to derivatives products and collaborate and partner with IPG and Risk to enhance the risk margining policy, and to enhance the overall framework and product capabilities around derivatives
- Product review to assess client and/or transaction requirements, align credit line availability and work with Risk to support trading activities, manage approval for derivatives products
- Develop relationship and collaborate with GM to provide platform access to UHNW clients on derivatives products
- Assist in project related to margin trading business including platform rollout and system testing
- Prepare periodic portfolio review on Lombard lending and derivatives portfolio, identify and assess risk including in depth analysis of stress tests and collateral valuations

- University degree in a relevant discipline
- Experiences in lending or other credit related functions within private banking
- Sound knowledge of collateral lending and structured credit transactions for private clients
- Client facing and management skills will be advantageous
- Market risk and/or credit risk management is a plus
