**Job description**
- Assist customers to file accident insurance reports and explain the claim procedure.
- Liaise with customer’s vehicle for repair & collection.
- Checking and verifying invoices with purchasers and liaise with Accounts Department on all payment matters.
- Perform general administrative duties (generating invoices, quotation, scanning, printing, mailing, filing)
- Provide customer service to existing and new customer.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
**Requirements & Additional Information**
- Entry Level
- Casual attire (uniform provided)
- Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Alt Saturday 9am - 3pm
- Working Location: Central & West
**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,600.00 per month
