We are looking for a Food Science Intern. This position is working alongside with our product development team to establish a new product range.
- Analyze new and current products
- Participate in R&D projects
- Assist in developing the methodology processes to run new R&D projects
- Assist in product development in terms of ideation stage e.g., texture, taste, formulation, concept approval, and product launch
- Conduct research on food trends, nutritional advantages, and refining of product range e.g., how different ingredients affects its stability and properties etc
- Work with the team to gain knowledge on the regulatory compliance and quality assurance
