**Working location: Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital**
- PCA is based in Radiology department. Will form part of a team of medical and administrative personnel which includes doctors, radiographers, nurses and customer service officers whilst rendering primary healthcare and providing comprehensive care to our patients and their relatives. Staff is also to adhere to Radiology Safety protocols whilst ensuring safety of patients and personnel at all times.

**Key accountabilities**:

- A) Observation bay
1. Assist in ferrying of patients to and from department.
2. Assist in transferring and lifting of patients.
3. Assist in phone calls from ward or other departments.
4. Provide nursing services including monitoring of patients.
5. Assist in appointment and registration of patients.
6. Provide quality customer service to patients and clients.
7. Comply with Radiology Safety protocols.
B) Modality areas for eg. CT, MRI NM/PET
1. Same as points 1-7 above.
2. Assist radiographers and nurses.
3. Assist with filing and scanning of documentation.
4. Assist with protocol taking from Radiologist.
5. Assist with administration of oral contrast.
6. Assist with positioning of patients.
