Patient Care Associate

Care Support Associates play a vital role in delivering quality patient care by working closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals. Their responsibilities include:

  • Recording vital signs, assisting with wound dressing, performing blood glucose testing, and collecting specimens as required.
  • Coordinating patient admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.
  • Performing other supportive duties as needed to ensure seamless operations.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of GCE 'N' or 'O' Levels.
  • Prior experience as a paramedic or in a ward setting is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with people at all levels.
  • Independence, organization, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
