Job Title: Senior Patient Care Associate

 

Job Description:

Our team plays a vital role in facilitating patient care and administrative functions, ensuring timely receipt of calls/enquiries and providing efficient services while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to calls and enquiries from the General Line and Appointment Line to provide information on our services to patients and the public
  • Assist with scheduling appointments for patients and/or provide appointment-related information to patients respectively
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing referral documents, departmental records, updating rosters and statistics reports
  • Undertake other duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

Applicants should possess good communication and interpersonal skills, be service-oriented and have a passion for helping others. Previous experience in call centre roles is welcome.
