We are looking for a Senior Engineer - Factory Integration Optimization Expert to be part of a global pioneer team to use AI Problem-Solving Technology(Mathematical Optimization) to enable the next level of smart manufacturing in dispatching & scheduling.

In your new role, you will:

- Be part of a global pioneer team to **use AI Problem-Solving Technology(Mathematical Optimization) **to **enable the next level of smart manufacturing **in dispatching& scheduling
- **Develop, systemize, and deploy Mathematical Optimization models **to manufacturing back-end facilities for automated & optimized WIP-Flow decision
- **Responsible for the technical improvements **of Dispatching & Scheduling components
- **Provide user consultancy support & training **for Dispatching &Scheduling solution
- **Key-Interface **to multi-disciplinary stakeholders like production, supply chain, industrial engineering, and capacity planning

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering / Operation Research / Computer Science is preferred
- **Knowledge of Operations Research Topics like Mathematical Optimization, Simulation, Heuristic Optimization Techniques and Artificial Intelligence is preferred**:

- Experience in **Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) **and **IBM Optimization Programming Language **will be an advantage
- Experience in **Problem Modeling**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work both independently and a team player in a global setup
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
