**Job Scopes**:

- Establish and maintain a user-friendly portal for all relevant HSSE information and statistics.
- Support in the implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the HSSE Management System and any other HSSE plans and programmes
- Perform HSSE compliance assessments and recommend improvement at Company managed worksites, projects and facilities on a regular basis.
- Inform staff of any changes in legislation related to HSSE and the required controls to be affected as part of management of change process
- Co-ordinate with staff and contractors to ensure compliance with all applicable HSSE legislations and Company requirements.
- Liaise with customers, governmental agencies, internal and external stakeholders on HSSE matters.
- Represent the Company during HSSE Management System certification and surveillance audits.
- Assist in preparation of tender package and HSSE plan in accordance with customer’s requirements.
- Evaluated work methods, processes, equipment, technologies, products, materials and substances to identify and minimise possible HSSE concerns.
- Minimise or eliminate processes that use hazardous substances and/or generate hazardous waste. Reuse and recycle materials to the extent possible or practicable.
- Lead the investigation of workplace incidents/accidents, perform root cause analysis and propose recommendations on correction and corrective actions to eliminate the identified root cause(s)
- Perform any other duties as assigned or indicated by direct supervisor.

**Requirements (Qualification & Experience)**:

- Graduate and MOM registered WSH Officer with at least 3 years experiences in managing field Health, Safety, Security and Environment (“HSSE”) for the civil, construction, process and/or manufacturing industries.
- Require good judgement and the ability to render decisions and/or recommendations where HSSE policies and procedures are not clearly defined.
- Familiar with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements and able to advise on the approach to achieve these certifications.
- Skills to facilitate understanding of HSSE policies, procedures and requirements.
- Passionate in solving-problems, team-player, up-to-date in HSSE programs and technologies. Possesses tenacity to commitments and responsibilities.
