Job Summary

This is a pivotal role within the HSSE department, responsible for ensuring that Gas and Related Services and their subsidiaries align with Sembcorp Group's HSSE policy and standards.

  • Key responsibilities include implementing and maintaining the HSSE Management System, developing and executing HSSE programs and trainings, and providing advisory support to management.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with business teams to ensure compliance with regulations and Sembcorp Group's HSSE policies and standards.
  • They will also be responsible for conducting HSSE compliance checks and audit programs at subsidiaries and GRS project sites.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Promote and implement Sembcorp Group's HSSE policy and standards across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain HSSE Management System procedures and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with operations teams and HSSE representatives to implement HSSE initiatives.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to HSSE.
  • Provide regular reporting on HSSE performance and trends.
