HSSE Professional

Job Description:
As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of Health, Safety, Environment and Security (HSE) are met across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and implement HSE policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and execute comprehensive HSE programs, including training and awareness initiatives, to foster a culture of safety and responsibility among employees and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HSE-related matters, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties safely and effectively.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Occupational Health & Safety, or equivalent qualification.
- Registered WSH Officer with MOM, with a strong understanding of Singaporean regulations and standards.
- Proven experience in HSE audits, risk management, and compliance, preferably in the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex HSE issues.
- Ability to travel regularly, both domestically and internationally.
