Our client, an established organisation in Singapore, is expanding. Join them in this exciting journey as a:
**Human Resource Executive**

This position is responsible for providing strong and reliable support to the Human Resource Department that comprises payroll management, administration of employee benefits and compensation, maintenance of employee personal data management and other ad-hoc projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Supporting the full spectrum of HR functions that align with the organisational goals
- Maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of information in the Info-Tech system and the P-File of individual employee
- Administering the onboarding of new hires including generation of employment-related documents, conducting induction program, liaising with internal stakeholders on staff account creation and IT equipment, and any other administration that successfully onboards the new staff
- Administering employees' insurance policies, medical expenses and employee training registrations
- Responsible for payroll generation, statutory payments of CPF, foreign worker levy, IR8A & IR21
- Responsible for the submissions of government claims such as paid childcare leave, maternity leave and levy waiver etc.
- Handling employees' enquiries relating to the staff handbook, corporate staff benefits and all matters relating to labour laws and regulations
- Assisting with statutory reporting and surveys (e.g., LMS, MOM Surveys, etc.)
- Administering the annual appraisal cycle
- Performing any other ad-hoc duties and/or projects assigned by Head, Human Resource

**Requirements**:

- Familiar with government regulations and handling foreign employee issue resolution
- Highly self-motivated
- Proven experience as an HR officer, administrator, or other HR position
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to attend and participate in regular devotions in church
