**What the role is**

Executive, Vehicle Pound

**What you will be working on**

You are required to manage the inventory for detained vehicles and mobility devices. Your involvement includes updating of system records, maintaining daily inventory reports, conducting frequent ground visits at sites, performing stock-take as well as assisting in related operational duties. You will need to liaise with other government agencies, contractors and/or private establishments in the course of your work.

**What we are looking for**
- Diploma in any discipline
- At least 1 year of working experience in inventory management and/or service industry
- You must also be able to collate and maintain accurate data in a timely manner
- Physically fit as the officer is required to conduct ground visits at sites
- Positive attitude, self-motivated and ability to work independently and as a team
- Analytical, hands-on individual, ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to maintain composure under challenging circumstances
