What the role isEXECUTIVE, FOREIGN VEHICLE PERMITS (OPERATIONS)
What you will be working onYou will provide both administrative and operational support to the Foreign Vehicle Permits Division. Your responsibilities include processing counter transactions and online applications, tracking digital services reports, collating counter statistics, auditing online applications, and handling customers' feedback (phone and written). You may also perform operational checks on contractors, liaise with external agencies, conduct audits at checkpoints, and provide system-related support from time to time. You may be deployed to different LTA worksites during or after office hours.
What we are looking for- Knowledge in any discipline
- Experience in customer service or digital services is advantageous
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Good organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Highly adaptable, able to work independently or in a team, and multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Relevant years of experience may be considered for senior positions
