Job Summary:

The HR Executive is responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resource and administrative tasks, with a focus on foreign manpower management. This includes handling work passes such as Work Permits (WP) , S Passes , In-Principle Approvals (IPA) , and related compliance matters for the company's engineering workforce. The role also involves supporting worker accommodations, liaising with government agencies, and ensuring smooth HR and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work Pass & Compliance Management

  • Apply for and renew Work Permits, S Passes, Employment Passes , and IPAs for local and foreign employees.
  • Maintain records and ensure MOM (Ministry of Manpower) compliance .
  • Prepare and submit documentation for audits and inspections .
  • Track and monitor pass expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.

2. Foreign Worker Administration

  • Manage worker accommodations/hostels , including room allocations and facilities.
  • Coordinate transportation, medical check-ups, and insurance for foreign workers.
  • Handle payroll and levy submissions related to foreign manpower.
  • Maintain proper documentation for work-related incidents and disciplinary matters.

3. General HR & Administrative Support

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of local and foreign staff.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and leave management.
  • Coordinate company HR policies, staff welfare programs, and training .
  • Liaise with vendors, government agencies, and internal departments.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years' experience in HR or manpower administration, preferably in engineering or construction.
  • Knowledge of MOM regulations , Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass, and IPA processes.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills .
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly .
Preferred Attributes:
  • Experience in foreign worker administration in Singapore construction/engineering sector.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently .
  • Attention to detail with a focus on compliance and regulatory requirements .
