Singapore LTA Land Transport Authority Full time

You will play an integral role as part of the team that drives LTA's strategic interest in shaping the next generation transport system for Singapore. This involves developing technical and regulatory requirements and driving policies for the development and integration of Connected and Autonomous Vehicles (CAVs) into our roads and public transport system. You will be at the technology forefront and work with the relevant stakeholders to support the formulation of technical policies concerning CAVs and new vehicle technologies. You are also expected to support the safety evaluation of CAVs proposed for public road trials and recommend risk mitigation measures. You are also expected to be able to perform data analysis and visualisation to convey key insights derived from data.
- Tertiary qualification in related Engineering fields (Computer, Robotics, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive, or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in an automotive-related field
- Knowledge of in-vehicle networks (e.g, CAN, Ethernet, Bluetooth, etc) and programming languages (e.g. C++, Python, JavaScript, Robot Operating System etc.)
- Knowledge in data analysis and visualisation techniques
- Resourceful with good writing and presentation skills
- Highly adaptable, able to lead, work independently and multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Experience in project management, cybersecurity risks and controls, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing and adoption of cybersecurity best-practices will be an advantage
