Hurda Recycling Pte Ltd - a trading firm specialising in ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily recycling yard operations across various locations in Singapore, including loading/unloading, segregation, weighing, and storage of metal scrap materials.
- Monitor site safety, housekeeping, and operational efficiency in compliance with workplace safety standards.
- Work closely with the trading and logistics teams to coordinate the movement of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Track inventory levels and report material movement using internal systems.
- Supervise and guide a team of general workers, ensuring productivity and discipline on-site.
- Liaise with transporters, contractors, and relevant agencies to ensure a smooth operational flow.
- Conduct routine checks on equipment and infrastructure, and escalate maintenance needs as necessary.
- Maintain daily updates of available stock and ensure smooth communication with the office team.
- Submit daily stock reports to the manager or director to ensure accurate inventory tracking and business planning.

**Key Qualifications**:

- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in a recycling plant, scrapyard, or industrial operations setting.
- Hands-on knowledge of ferrous and non-ferrous metal grades is required.
- Knowledge in operating various kinds of recycling machines (e.g. shredders, shears, etc.)
- Familiarity with scrap processing equipment and basic logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or stock-tracking systems is preferred.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, physically fit, and able to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
