**Position Title**:Metal Recycling Supervisor

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Metal Identification**:

- Accurately identify and differentiate between ferrous and non-ferrous metals using tools and visual inspection techniques.
- Ensure proper categorization and preparation of metals for recycling processes.
- **Supervision and Oversight**:

- Lead and manage a team of workers involved in sorting, handling, and processing metals.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- **Sorting Operations**:

- Hands-on involvement in the sorting and grading of metals to maintain quality standards.
- Implement procedures to optimize the sorting process and reduce material contamination.
- **Sourcing Recyclable Metals**:

- Identify and establish reliable sources for recyclable metal materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders in the recycling supply chain.
- **Inventory and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing metal materials.
- Prepare and submit operational and inventory reports to management.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to workplace safety guidelines and recycling industry regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions for the team.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience of at least 3 years in the metal recycling industry.
- In-depth knowledge of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including their properties and market values.
- Hands-on experience with sorting and grading metals.
- Strong skills in sourcing and procurement of recyclable materials.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with safety standards and environmental regulations related to metal recycling.

**Working Conditions**:

- Work is performed in a recycling facility and may involve exposure to outdoor conditions and heavy machinery.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 30 kg.
- Use of protective equipment as required.
