**About Us**:We are a leading company in the metal recycling industry, specializing in the purchasing, processing, and trading of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metals. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Metal Recycling Manager to join our team and help us grow our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, classify, and process ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metals.
- Manage the purchasing, sales, and trading of scrap metal, ensuring profitability.
- Oversee import and export logistics for scrap metal shipments, including customs regulations and compliance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners.
- Monitor market trends to make informed purchasing and sales decisions.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team to optimize processing.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of recycling staff.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in the metal recycling industry, with specific expertise in identifying ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
- Strong understanding of purchasing and sales strategies for scrap metals.
- Knowledge of import and export processes, including customs regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations related to metal recycling is a plus.
