Our client, a Global IT Service Provider Partnering with **Fortune 100 IT Firms **searching for an experienced **Zendesk Application Manager.
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for implementing, providing customer service, identifying and solving problems on vendor software and internal platforms.
- Driving operational strategy and leading the team to identify new initiatives to improve business process
- Drive business-user / customer-centric communications to effectively communicate with related teams
- Demonstrate leadership analyzing and reporting out root cause analysis

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 1-year relevant experience
- Knowledge of Zendesk APIs
- Knowledge of management tools such as Tasks, Asana will be advantageous
- Knowledge of RDBMS & SQL will be advantageous
- Experience using Java / PHP / C++ / C-Sharp / ASP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript etc.)
- Familiar with Customer Support Process
- Zendesk Certification
- Fluency in English and excellent communicator
