Senior Enterprise Marketing Manager, Apac

The Campaigns Marketing team at Zendesk is responsible for building integrated marketing programs that drive new business revenue across Asia Pacific. This is an outstanding chance to create an impact on our rapidly growing business and work with an outstanding and diverse team of marketers.

You will own the strategy and execution of marketing programs that deliver thought leadership, grow brand awareness and build engagement with our Enterprise audience across APAC. With a focus on scale, you’ll work closely with our regional marketing and sales teams to drive demand via integrated channels including digital campaigns, executive events, sponsorships and more.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to partner with our globally distributed team members from the product marketing org and strategic events team to support programs across APAC.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the strategy, planning and execution of Enterprise marketing programs with the goal of driving new business pipeline in the region.
- Partner with content, brand, web, field marketing, engagement marketing, performance marketing and other teams to develop compelling content to drive campaigns from planning to execution
- Plan and implement region-wide campaigns that use a broad range of tactics including digital campaigns, executive events, conferences, sponsorships and PR.
- Build a framework to ensure a consistent strategy and execution at key conferences targeting Enterprise
- Bring together global and regional marketing teams in the launch of Enterprise campaigns across APAC
- Collaborate with all marketing teams across Asia Pacific on ABM programs targeted at top accounts
- Develop and extend campaign standard methodologies across the region in support of scale.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in B2B SaaS industry and/or Customer Experience or software marketing
- Track record launching successful campaigns targeted at the Enterprise segment
- Expertise in ABM programs targeted at strategic accounts
- Experience building executive programs and C-Suite experiences
- Team oriented, strong communicator cross-functionally and experience building relationships to achieve shared goals.
