**Job Description**:

- Assist and facilitate the recruitment process including screening of resume and interview scheduling.
- Prepare letters, including but not limited to letters of appointment, confirmation, promotions, etc.
- Handle recruitment process including on-boarding & off-boarding
- Administer and update employees’ record and information into system on a timely and accurate basis.
- Communicates HR policies, procedures, laws and standards to new and existing employees.
- Maintain and update training records of employees’ participation in all training & development programmes.
- Assist in covering some duties such as attending to phone calls and issues related to HR & admin matter
- Administer and support company welfare benefits scheme and claims
- Provide support in employee relation activities and ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirement

Diploma in Human Resource Management field or relevant professional certificates

Min 2 years’ experience in HR Generalist roles

Familiarize with HR practices and good knowledge in local employment laws

Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under tight schedules, independent, meticulous, team player, positive work attitude

Able to speak and understand Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
